Ramy Ashour, the 20-year-old squash champion, stood amid the throngs in Grand Central Terminal, thousands of miles from his Cairo home, but he looked at ease. He had won the Bear Stearns Tournament of Champions by beating James Willstrop, 11-7, 11-10 (3-1), 11-9.
